If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item for a store credit.
A store credit lets you shop with us again anytime. Store credit lasts for 12 months.
Please note that change of mind returns are not eligible for refunds.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair any item that is faulty or not as described.
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@stfrock.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps before you return anything.
Any refund approved under Australian Consumer Law will be processed back to your original payment method.
