Returns need to be submitted through our Returns Page — just enter your email and order number to get started.

Please make sure your return is sent safely back to us. If you're using your own return method, we recommend express shipping with tracking, as St Frock isn’t liable for missing parcels.

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 8 business days to review and process your store credit. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s all done
