We totally get it—you're excited to use your store credit, and we're excited for you too! However, store credit can't be applied before your return has been received and processed.
Here's why it isn't possible:
- Store credit is only issued once we've received and checked your return.
- Items must meet our returns policy before credit can be applied.
- This helps us process returns fairly and consistently for all our customers.
What you can do in the meantime:
You're absolutely welcome to place a new order while your return is on its way back to us.
Once your return is approved, your store credit will be emailed to you and will be ready to use on a future order.
